MARKETING MANAGER

Remote (Barcelona or Madrid) | Full Time | Bilingual Spanish & English

Everything Now is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to help us build, run, and evolve standout brand and marketing strategies for our clients and ourselves. We work fast, think smart, and keep it simple—because great ideas don’t need to be complicated. If you’re someone who’s creative, strategic, hands-on, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and manage client marketing strategies from concept to execution.

  • Develop and schedule social media content, campaigns, and channel plans.

  • Oversee basic graphic design tasks (Canva or Illustrator preferred).

  • Coordinate photo shoots and support creative production needs.

  • Write, proof, and refine brand and marketing copy (with a sharp eye for detail).

  • Manage and organize project workflows on Notion.

  • Upload and optimize content on WordPress.

  • Track and report campaign performance across digital platforms (Meta, etc.).

  • Be a reliable partner to the team, clients, and collaborators—aligned and proactive.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

  • Marketing or communications experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or design.

  • Familiarity with key platforms and tools: Notion, Canva, ChatGPT, Sora, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Meta.

  • Basic design and photography knowledge (bonus if you’ve used Adobe Illustrator).

  • A clear, human communication style—online and offline.

  • Self-motivation, responsibility, and a love for details.

  • Energy, initiative, and the ability to keep up with a fast-moving studio.
