Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist

Hospitality / Luxury / Performance Marketing

Everything Now is looking for experienced freelance Digital Marketing Specialists to support a global luxury hospitality transformation project.

We are building a small network of digital experts who can support regional hotel teams during the implementation of a new centralized digital hub model. This freelance role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing execution, campaign coordination, performance marketing, website operations, CRM/email, content workflows, reporting, and the realities of working with premium and luxury brands across global markets.

This is not a purely strategic role. We are looking for people who are comfortable getting into the work, coordinating across teams, managing timelines, reviewing details, solving operational challenges, and helping ensure campaigns and digital activity are delivered properly.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the coordination and execution of digital marketing activity across regional portfolios of luxury hotels and lifestyle brands, helping manage campaigns targeting multiple global markets and audiences.

The role will work closely with Everything Now, regional hub teams, client-side digital leads, media agencies, and hotel teams to support digital workflows, campaign execution, content coordination, reporting follow-up, and operational readiness.

This role is ideal for someone with strong digital knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience working across multiple stakeholders, regions, and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support performance marketing planning, execution, and optimization across Google, Meta, display, video, retargeting, CRM/email, and related digital channels

  • Support digital campaign coordination across paid media, website, SEO, content, and email touchpoints

  • Help manage campaign briefs, timelines, follow-ups, approvals, and operational workflows

  • Coordinate with media agencies on campaign setup, optimization, and reporting

  • Review campaign assets, landing pages, copy, links, tracking, and launch readiness

  • Coordinate website updates related to campaigns, offers, landing pages, and property content

  • Support SEO coordination and basic SEO recommendations for hotel and campaign pages

  • Review creative assets and content performance across campaigns and channels

  • Help maintain campaign calendars and ensure regional and property activity is aligned

  • Track outstanding actions, dependencies, and operational risks across multiple stakeholders

  • Support reporting follow-up, performance summaries, and campaign learnings

  • Help identify gaps in content, assets, tracking, workflows, or briefing information

  • Coordinate with creative, content, paid media, CRM, and brand teams

  • Support digital QA and customer journey consistency across channels

  • Work with luxury hospitality teams to ensure digital execution supports both brand standards and commercial goals

Experience Required

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, ecommerce, CRM/email, or hotel digital marketing

  • Experience with paid media coordination across Google, Meta, display, video, retargeting, or programmatic

  • Understanding of campaign planning, briefing, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and digital operations

  • Experience working with websites, landing pages, CMS updates, SEO basics, digital content, and campaign execution

  • Strong project management and coordination skills

  • Experience working across global markets, multiple stakeholders, or regional portfolios

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in fast-moving environments

  • Comfortable working with agencies, client-side teams, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Hospitality, travel, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brand experience is strongly preferred

  • Fluent English required. Additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with hotel brands or multi-property hospitality groups

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar

  • Experience coordinating digital marketing across different regions or time zones

  • Knowledge of CRM/email marketing workflows and lifecycle campaigns

  • Experience with campaign reporting and performance dashboards

  • Understanding of direct booking, hotel websites, OTAs, and hospitality distribution

  • Experience reviewing or coordinating creative and content production workflows

Working Model

  • Freelance / project-based

  • Remote and flexible setup

  • International projects across hospitality, luxury, travel, and lifestyle sectors

  • Flexible hours depending on regional support requirements

  • Expected engagement may range from part-time to full-time depending on project needs

  • Initial project period expected from October 2026 through Q2 2027, with potential extension

  • Candidates may support regional teams across Europe, Americas, or APAC
