Legacy Lab is a retreat-style workshop designed for the next generation of hoteliers within the Design Hotels community. More than a training, it is a reset: a space to reflect on leadership, build resilience, and turn vision into action. It brings together young leaders inheriting family legacies and equips them with the human skills, clarity, and community they need to carry those legacies forward while shaping the future of hospitality.

Everything Now was trusted to design and deliver the full program. From concept creation to facilitation, we built a structure that combined strategic thinking with human depth. Together with guest facilitator Ilona Čepeláková, we shaped the flow, content, and exercises that allowed participants to explore their identity as leaders, confront real challenges, and create their own shared language for the future.

Legacy Lab created a powerful moment of clarity and connection for the next generation of hoteliers. Participants left with a stronger sense of identity, a support network across borders, and practical tools to navigate leadership with intention. The experience reinforced Design Hotels’ role as a platform for cultural and human innovation, and for Everything Now it became a milestone project — one that sits at the foundation of our mission to shape the future of hospitality through people, purpose, and creativity.
